What is a low noise amplifier?
A low noise amplifier (LNA) is an electronic device that amplifies a satellite signal without significantly degrading its signal-to-noise ratio. An LNA is either built into your low noise block downconverter (LNB) or is used externally alongside multiple block downconverters (BDCs) to provide simultaneous satellite reception of an entire band.
